Slept ok but I got hungry at 1 am so sat up and ate trail mix in the dark. As far as physically- started to get a hot spot on ball of right foot in the last 5 miles yesterday. I stopped, changed socks and put on a blister band-aid before going on. Still not a full blister but I covered it today with thick moleskin and so far it seems ok, but I haven’t moved much yet. Likely will start around 8 am today.Dr. Monica
Breakfast- cup of coffee, smoothie (home-made with spinach, kale, chard, berries and pea protein), hummus, rice crackers, sweet peppers
